Tom Merwin
Tom has been hiking, sketching and painting the Catskills of New York State and the waterfalls, Taconic and Green mountains and landscapes of Vermont for over 50 years. He received his training at The Art Students League in New York. Born in Brooklyn, his grandfather was an art dealer of works by the Hudson River School and the Impressionists. Merwin Gallery, in the 202 year old Adams Feed and Grain Store is on the main street of historic Castleton, Vt. features fine art by Tom Merwin and a variety of books from MacGregor House Publishing. Visitors are always welcome to his studio by appointment.
Matt Merwin
is a videographer, specializing in experimental documentaries steeped in nature/social commentary and has won many awards in both national and international film festivals. He has a BFA in film and videography from SCAD. His company is Drawing Water Productions.
MacGregor House
is the publishing company of Julie Carter Merwin. She is an independent author/illustrator and member of The Independent Publishers of New England, The Womens Fiction Writers Association and The Speculative Literature Foundation.
